April 1st through June 30th, we saw a number of significant closings, including two major sales in Boca Grande and the highest sale in the exclusive Lido Shores community since 2013. You can read about that here. This is now the second consecutive quarter where our agents have broken records: flashback to Q1.

According to Trendgraphix data, Michael Saunders & Company had the highest total luxury sales in units with both listings and buyers for Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee counties – taking up an impressive 26% of the market share.
