— Nearly a year after the first Michael Saunders & Company office, located in St. Armand's Circle on Boulevard of the Presidents, revealed a complete lower level renovation, the upstairs agent offices have been completed. Once again, Shane Hughes, Creative Director in the marketing department, with Paula Rees, MSC Vice President, orchestrated the new design to provide form and function for associates and staff working hard day in and day out to serve the local community. Comfortable desk spaces, private conference rooms, floor to ceiling windows granting views of the Circle, and even a rooftop terrace have been updated. Michael Saunders opened the flagship office of
Michael Saunders & Company. This is where she established roots to what has grown to be the luxury market leading brokerage in
Sarasota real estate. As more offices have opened over the years and the company has expanded throughout Manatee and Charlotte counties and beyond, the original office remained, seeing occasional facelifts from time to time. But recently, the little office that started it all has undergone a complete remodel reflecting the prestige and recognition for which the company is known. Shane Hughes, creative director in the MSC Marketing department, designed the illuminated LED-lit front window display, the layout and style of the conference rooms, and the eye-catching wall mural drawing an awe-factor upon entering.

42 Years in the Making

At the remodel reveal on Friday, January 4
th, agents and staff filled the office to soak in the new ambiance and recall years past when Michael first opened the location selling waterfront properties. At the time, about 12 agents worked with Michael when the office opened in June 1976. By the end of that year, the company had earned $11 Million in sales. View
