The Sarasota area continues to grow and thrive in exciting ways. Read on to discover and more!

Say Hello to Bravo

Located at the Westfield Siesta Key Mall, the new Bravo Coastal Bar & Kitchen opened in late August. The new restaurant is in good company in the former Southgate Plaza location, with popular CinéBistro as one of its neighbors. The restaurant is part of the Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Inc., which also operates Brio Tuscan Grille found at the UTC Mall. The new Bravo delights diners with choices like a double-stacked cheddar burger, crispy fish sandwich with Sriracha, trendy avocado toast and craft beers.  Check out more of their menu!

Get Ready for Riverwalk

Now under construction, the Preserve at Riverwalk apartments are located within walking distance of Bradenton’s Riverwalk extension. The expanded Riverwalk, which was approved by The City Council in late August, will span another mile east. The 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences will connect easily to downtown Bradenton for a relaxed, city lifestyle.

Connecting the Community

This collaborative, flexible work space is coming to Bradenton this fall. Locals will know it as Connect!, and will be familiar with the location at 600 Old Main St. in the former Bank of America branch. The space offers flexible rentals, professional conference facilities, administrative assistance and more. According to the website, Connect Bradenton is seeking entrepreneurs, professionals, freelancers, and small businesses to join them in growing a prosperous business economy.
