Licensing Process

01

Take and Pass a Pre-License Course.

This requires 63 hours of an approved course (either online or in-classroom). Note that Florida residency is not a requirement. Click here to read additional requirements.

Get Your Fingerprints and Background Checked.

Schedule an appointment with any authorized location. The Originating Agency Identification (ORI) number to provide is FL92007OZ.

03

Submit Your Application Online to Florida DBPR.

You will receive an email notification and a candidate ID number (FLREAPP ID) in order to schedule your exam. Click here to visit Florida DBPR.

04

Schedule and Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam.

The Florida real estate exam can be taken online or at any Pearson Vue test center. Click here to schedule your exam.
