Mary Smedley began her real estate career in 1996 and today is the Managing Broker for the Englewood and Boca Grande offices of Michael Saunders & Company. A 20-year resident of Florida, Mary is heavily involved in the local communities her offices serve, having won many awards for outstanding service and Women in Leadership.
She enjoys coaching and developing agents to exceed their goals with one of her greatest career achievements having been taking an underperforming office and turning it around to exceed company expectations. She has done this through collaboration and team building by lifting others to achieve and surpass their goals. The result has been a culture of highly productive and community-minded agents that are among the highest producing associates in the area.
She continues her own professional growth through Mike Staver coaching and enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years, her daughter, Angelina and her fur babies, Queen Elsa and Boomer Tiberius.
