With almost 30 years of sales and management experience, Pamela Ali oversees the daily operations of the Lakewood Ranch office. Having joined Michael Saunders & Company® in 2001, Pamela utilizes her past experience as a real estate agent along with her leadership skills to maintain the reputation of professional and exceptional service earned by the Lakewood Ranch office location. Ongoing training, support and attention to the company's core values are what Pamela focuses on daily.

A past trainer for the RASM, she enjoys training the agents of Michael Saunders & Company® on the most up-to-date techniques and support services to ensure successful real estate transactions.
