Pamela Baron is a seasoned real estate broker with more than two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. After building a highly successful career in Illinois — where she earned top-producing recognition and served as President of the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS® — Pamela returned to her native Florida with a renewed passion for serving clients along the Gulf Coast. Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, she specializes in residential sales, investment, and Luxury properties. Pamela particularly enjoys helping relocating buyers discover the coastal lifestyle and natural beauty of Southwest Florida.

Jennifer Elliott, Broker Associate, brings a powerful blend of entrepreneurial leadership and market expertise. Licensed since 2007 and a Broker since 2013, Jennifer previously owned and operated her own real estate company and Coldwell Banker franchise in Wyoming before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2023. Her background includes service on the City Planning Commission and leadership roles in Rotary and local economic development organizations. Jennifer holds multiple advanced designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Certified Waterfront Specialist — reflecting her commitment to delivering white-glove service and strategic guidance to every client.

Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Bobbie Hogan spent more than five decades in the Dayton and Cincinnati area before relocating to Florida’s Gulf Coast. Now a Venice resident, she appreciates the area’s coastal setting, historic downtown, and strong sense of community. For Bobbie, helping others find a home here means sharing a place she genuinely enjoys living. Before entering real estate, Bobbie built a long career in nursing, where trust, clear communication, and advocacy for others were essential. That experience continues to shape the way she works with clients today. She approaches every transaction with steady guidance, careful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making sure people feel informed and supported throughout the process. Bobbie believes buying or selling a home should never feel overwhelming. She is the proud mother of two sons and a daughter, and an enthusiastic “Mimi” to five grandchildren—with another on the way.
