Jo-Anne was generous with her time and energy and patient as we looked at property three separate times before purchasing a property on October 10th. Jo-Anne was always professional in all matters including code of ethics, dress, driving and phone etiquette. She remained pleasant through even trying moments. Wonderful. I contacted several R/E agents asking for some information the rental market. I was not going to give a listing, just wanted some info. None offered to help with the exception of Margie, for which I am very thankful. She goes the extra mile to helping people without expecting to make a commission.
