A week or so ago we successfully closed on the sale of our previously owned unit in the Ritz Towers building. It was the 4th Ritz property transaction we have completed with Joan Dickenson and Beth Afflebach over the years. While I am sure you are well aware of the high level of quality service these women provide to your customers, we felt the need to let you know how completely satisfied we were with all elements of both our recent purchase and sale of the Towers properties.
