Just a note to acknowledge the wonderful job Megg did with the sales of our condo in Bradenton. The process from listing to closing was seamless. We are “snowbirds” and only in Florida for part of the year, but she was even a great help when we were out of state and toured a property to send us pertinent photos. When we finally found our place in the sun, she always promptly got back to us with all questions and concerns and helped to calm nerves and smooth things over. We would highly recommend her.

Ralph & Megg were fantastic. Ralph is kind of funny too! My sisters and I were out of state sellers, and the Faillace team kept us in the loop and took care of any and all issues that came up while we were working to sell our Mother's condo from Texas.
