Megg and her husband Ralph did an outstanding job of representing and selling my home in Holmes Beach. They simply did a super job in preparing the house to make it attractive in all respects. The photos, both aerial and ground level, were very professionally done and showed my house in the very best light. Their marketing was outstanding! I made contact with Megg & Ralph Faillace, of your Bradenton Manatee office, through the recommendation of a friend of mine. At the time, my mother was in poor health and I was exploring the possibilities of selling her home and relocating her. I knew from my initial meeting with Megg that she and I were going to be a good fit to take care of my mother's needs and mine. As things progressed, they stayed with me, checking in, offering suggestions and never exerting any pressure. Sadly, my mother passed away and when she did they were right there offering support. Through their suggestions, their "above and beyond" approach to mom's house, we came to a successful sale last month. All this was made more difficult by my own personal situation, living in Boston, and it all being so difficult to deal with on a daily basis. Nothing daunted Megg, and with Ralph's help, they enabled me to sell the property. Something I read on the first folder from your company that Megg handed me, stands clearly in my mind. Exceptional people, properties and service. This sums up what Megg and Ralph Faillace embody. Truly professional, but with that personal touch. I hope they will be recognized as such. Thank you for providing the people to enable me to put this difficult chapter in my life to a very good closing.

I cannot imagine more competent, caring, and professional realtors. They came highly recommended to me by a friend. I have purchased and sold several properties in the course of my life and I have never experienced such personalized attention from my realtor. Nothing is too big or too small for them to pay attention to and to help me solve. Thanks!

Megg and Ralph went above and beyond in marketing our house. They advertised it in many publications in west Florida. They were very attentive and responsive to all of our needs and concerns.
