We were very blessed to have Marlene as our agent when we sold our condo on Siesta Key. She was quite professional, yet warm and friendly to work with. She was especially helpful when our condo association balked at giving us required documents that the buyers mortgage company was asking for to close the deal. Her experience helped us navigate those stressful days and get the deal closed. She is still keeping us informed about the limited escrow account we set up at the time of the closing. Marlene is terrific! We found her highly professional, responsive, and patient. Throughout our extended multi-year, one-week-a-year search, she answered all of our questions and educated us on the Sarasota condo market. She and her husband George ferried us from the north end of Longboat to Venice, and everywhere in between. They provided great market insight and asked excellent questions that allowed them to suggest developments that we might like and to get inside our heads when we saw places we didn't. While we kept them guessing as to whether we were leaning toward Longboat or Siesta, we ultimately ended up purchasing in a development that Marlene had recommended based upon her ability to read between the lines of our reactions. From offer to closing, Marlene was incredibly responsive and professional - consistently one step ahead of everybody else. An absolute pleasure to work with, Marlene earned our highest respect, appreciation, and recommendation.
