Marlene really knows her stuff. Through the years, we've owned several vacation and rental properties. The listing, offering and closing documents are significantly more complicated than years ago. Marlene was extremely competent and gracious in helping us purchase a rental (which we'll eventually leave to the kids), and moving our offer through the process to deal to a very smooth and amicable closing. Buying and selling real estate was important for retirement in my final years. As I got to that final part of putting it all together you were there for me. I cannot find the words to express how much I appreciate all you did for me. You guided me through a difficult time. You kept me informed and up to date. I have bought and sold many properties over the last 25 years, but working with Marlene Marshall ranks at the top. She is knowledgeable, timely and resourceful. Preparation of the property required many activities to be completed remotely, and with her assistance and guidance, we were able to close in just 2 weeks! Effective communication was important, and she and her team delivered on all levels.
