Mark was out of town when we first contacted him about seeing the house we bought. He arranged for someone to meet us on very short notice the week of Christmas to tour the home. Throughout the buying procedure he kept in contact with us. We then lived in Indiana. Mark is very professional and personable.

We lived in Virginia, and wanted to move to Florida but with our intense work schedules, we didn't have time to visit the area first and look at homes while staying in hotels. Mr. McCann took care of it all; opening the house for inspections and service providers, to a settlement that didn't require our physical presence. We met at the house, handed over the check and got the house key, as easy as checking into a hotel but it was our new home!

We found Mark to be most diligent and professional in selling our 1st home on Siesta Key and most helpful in searching the housing market to find a terrific home for us at a great price. Our friends also had a good experience buying a home on Siesta Key with Mark and we recently recommended him to another friend who is in the process of searching for a condo. We have bought and sold many houses over the years in different locations and our experience with Mark stands out as one of the best.

Mark did an amazing job in helping us through the process, he helped us understand the contract we decided to put in an inspection requirement He also helped organize an inspection, and assisted in finding a mortgage broker
