Mark was amazing. He located our home for us by searching the neighborhood and saw a small sign go up. He called me and relayed he was going in to take photos later that day and he would email them. He "thought this was it" and I should make arrangements to fly down. I did, the next day and with another offer already on the table, we negotiated right then and there. 3 weeks later we closed. Awesome!

Mark McCann has an impressive knowledge of Sarasota, in general and Siesta Key specifically. I am not exaggerating when I say that Mark is the most knowledgeable of all the Realtors I have worked with anywhere in the 45 years I have been a home owner. He is energetic and professional and quickly understood the kind of home I was looking for. I doubt I would have found the home I now own and love if it hadn't been for Mark's role in finding it. I recommend him without reservation.

We are exceptionally happy with our new home on Casey Key. Our agents Mark McCann and Camille Schwabe not only directed us to the perfect area, but found us the exact property we wanted.
