Lenore has that rare combination of professionalism, personality, and performance. She seems to quickly assess each client to determine how best to serve them. In my case, Lenore provided an overview of the entire sales process including photographing the unit and marketing it, reviewed each document in-person, alerted me to and discussed with me important aspects, and made herself available when I had questions, all with humor, compassion, and aplomb. Lenore was A-1 the best. Experienced, savvy, street smart and entirely professional. Able to handle every situation that came up calmly and effectively. She was exceptionally responsive and accessible. If she was in a meeting she let me know when she would be able to get back to me. She was a great partner in helping me sort through alternatives. On top of all that, she was creative and made the whole process fun from start to finish. I recommend her highly.

Recently, I purchased a home and my broker was Lenore Treiman. I have been in the real estate business as an investor, owner, and manager of a large portfolio of properties and I have dealt with many brokers in the course of my business. I wish to commend Lenore Treiman as an unusual broker who helped facilitate the closing of my new home. Lenore is much more than a broker. Those four qualities are why I trusted you to help my daughter purchase a home in Sarasota from across the country, sight unseen. Those four qualities are why I trusted you to help my son purchase a home in Sarasota, from across the globe, also sight unseen. And those four qualities are why my sisters and I chose you to be the listing agent of my parents’ once-glamorous waterfront estate on Siesta Key. The “Grande Dame” of yesteryear took a lot of work before it was ready to be shown and your team accomplished it all. My daughters and I have been delighted with how smoothly and successfully the sale of the Crystal Sands condo has gone. Lenore Treiman has been wonderful to work with. Judy Skornicka Swartzbaum, my Morgan Stanley broker recommended Lenore. From past experience, I would have called Michael Saunders & Company. Linda Dickenson sold our house on South Lakeshore when we came here to Plymouth Harbor. Thankfully, this will be my last real estate transaction. But I would gladly recommend Lenore and Michael Saunders & Company to anyone! I had not been aware of the MSC Foundation. It sounds very worthwhile. I thank Lenore for making a donation on my behalf.
