I was absolutely thrilled with Lenore Treiman's handling of the sale of a Siesta Key condo, which was held in a family trust and which sold on May 1, 2018 for an excellent price. Ms. Treiman was top notch in all respects. She provided detailed information about the market that was helpful in setting a reasonable listing price. Her organization, time-management and communication skills were superb, particularly in light of the complexity of the trust, which involved trustees living abroad as well as in the U.S. Ms. Treiman communicated offers quickly and provided excellent advice about how best to respond. The closing proceeded smoothly in record time, without any glitches. We are all grateful to Ms. Treiman for her amazing work.

Ms. Trieman remained accommodating, professional in her approach and guidance and extremely tactful in her correspondence. She balanced the reality of a difficult marketplace and a somewhat difficult negotiation with true grace. I was kept well informed and current. Once the sale was completed, Ms. Treiman contacted me to offer congratulations on the completion, as well as following up post sale to ensure funds had been received here in Canada.
