We have known Kim for many years...at least 30, I think. She has been involved as an agent with selling or buying our last 4 homes. She knows what's going on during the intense moments of last minute negotiations...for us a stressful time. Her experienced advice has transformed those times into learning moments, guided by her relating similar past experiences and knowledge of all the parties involved. Kim found us the home of our dreams! More importantly, she listened carefully to our "wants" and networked to find a home that fit perfectly. Kim Ogilvie and her team provided the best possible experience we could have asked for to market and sell our home. She did a great job making sure we were priced at a level that would get us the best return on our investment. This allowed us to sell the home above the listing price. Using her recommendations on staging and needed repairs made the home very marketable. We are now working with another talented team member, Melissa Gissinger, to identify another property to purchase. Candy and I did not imagine a scenario where we could be more pleased than with our 2009 purchase and 2014 sale through this dynamite team. However, upon our return to Sarasota, they exceeded their prior excellence. We are so very excited about our return to Sarasota in general and absolutely love our new Siesta Key home. ( Lenore was an excellent listing agent as well and helped navigate a very cohesive relationship with our seller). Kim and Holly went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met in all aspects of the transaction! I am sorry I have not reached out sooner to acknowledge.
