I would like to acknowledge Kim Ogilvie for the excellent job in selling our St. Armands home. Kim was able to accomplish a nearly impossible task in that Laurie and I found the perfect lot to build our new home, but wanted to sell our waterfront home first. Kim planned an ‘aggressive attack’; our home sold within 30 days. She had the knowledge and expertise to handle our million dollar listing. My father was a broker, so I understand where hard work gets you - Kim is there!
