Kathy is a terrific real estate agent! We selected her based on the reviews on this site and weren’t disappointed. She helped us find property in a planned community in a Palmer Ranch. We were looking for new construction and since Kathy had herself recently gone through the process of having her own home built, she had lots of helpful advice during the selection process. And she was really knowledgeable about the area. After we purchased the lot, she kept tabs on the building process for us since we lived out of state and sent us pictures. We highly recommend Kathy!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that Kathy was very professional and did her usual good job in securing a buyer of my former home at 7931 Lorraine Road, Sarasota, FL 34241. It was a very tough sell as the house only appealed to very few buyers, not only because of its large home and land size but also because there are not many people needing a barn for large animals, not to mention the upkeep that goes along with this property. However, Kathy managed to get the job done. This is the sixth real estate transaction that my late husband and I have used Kathy's services. Be assured, if the need arises, I would call on Kathy again. Kathy is certainly an asset to Michael Saunders & Company.

Thank you so much for your time and energy educating us about Palmer Ranch and showing us the 3 houses in different areas. We liked the beauty of the back especially, at 5784 Ferrara Dr., along with the clubhouse, restaurant, pool, grounds, bridges in Village Walk. We have to decide what to do about our house in Lake Forest and are waiting to see where our daughter will relocate, also we have Ken's Mother, 98, in a nursing home. Kathy took time to support our remote closing with the follow-up walkthrough taking great pictures for us. She’s very responsive, always cheerful, willing to help and provide thoughtful suggestions.
