We wanted to let you know we have been working with Kathy to find our retirement home in Sarasota. We started the process in July 2017 when I still had 10 months to retirement. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to work with us even though could not purchase until I finished my career. I did retire in May this year and Kathy worked with us and helped us make a decision on our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

In 2016 when we mentioned to friends in Sarasota that we would like to come down for a visit and "possibly" look for a winter retreat near them, they immediately suggested that we talk to their friend Kathy a real estate agent with Michael Saunders & Company.As a very reluctant buyer, I was skeptical that we could (a) find a place that we liked and (b) enjoy the experience of purchasing a property from our home in New York. Those concerns were alleviated after ten minutes of speaking with Kathy Carbone. During that conversation she asked us what we were looking for, our needs pertaining to size, location, amenities, security, and our expectations for the process. She was thoroughly professional without being too matter of fact, and her absolute exuberance and positive attitude that finding us a place at our price point would not be a problem, but it would be her pleasure to work with us. We ultimately found our unit at Heritage Oaks after numerous open houses and an interesting negotiation. My wife and I found Kathy to be warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional during our buying experience; and she continues to stay in touch with updates and changing trends in the Sarasota real estate market. If and/or when we might decide to sell and purchase another property we will most certainly get in touch with Kathy for her help.

I want to highlight the exceptional service of our agent Kathy Carbone. From the very start, Kathy worked very hard for us, as we only had one week in which to look for a home. Because of the information that Kathy provided to us before we ever got to Florida, we were able to look at many properties; it was the first home that ended up being our choice. Kathy was so helpful throughout the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to any of my friends, without any hesitation.
