By the end of the process (well, earlier than that actually), Julia felt like a friend. First and foremost, however, she was a wonderful resource. Although she is very knowledgeable, she does not pretend to know everything. She is eager to research anything if she is not absolutely certain. She clearly has the respect of her colleagues as she was always able to come back with answers and advice when she did not have them immediately. She responds so quickly that I sometimes wonder how she does it. Thanks, at least in part, to Julia, we ended up with the bonus of a continuing relationship with the sellers, which is obviously very unusual and has helped us be comfortable in our new home that much sooner.

Julia McClung is simply the best I have ever met. She is diligent, organized, knowledgeable and always serving the client as best as she could. I would highly recommend her to anyone . I felt I could fully trust her as she has the highest integrity of anyone I know in the real state business, And yes, we did buy a nice house with her representing us.

I am a repeat client of Julia's, and I find her to be highly organized, intelligent, sensible, charming and a calming influence. Her marketing skills found a buyer quickly at a purchase price above comps. She arranged everything and kept me informed. Julia answered all my text messages and every phone call promptly.
