I wanted to sell one of my investment properties, and Julia and a Realtor from a different company worked up comps. Both women's comps were supported by recent sales of homes similar to mine and in the same neighborhood. Julia's comps were $30,000 more than the other person's. Obviously I listed with Julia, and I within $3000 of the asking price. Had I not listed with Julia, I would have lost at least $30,000. I found Julia to be hardworking, intelligent, businesslike, and efficient. She has very good resources. Obviously when I'm ready to sell another property, I will call her.

We had the fortuitous experience to link up with Julia McClung. She was an absolute delight to work with; assisting us in making a successful purchase and went well beyond the call of duty in helping us negotiate a Bank repossession sale that proved to be challenging. Ms. McClung persevered and never was deterred. She was professional, tactful, persistent and very helpful with thoughtful recommendations. Working with Julia McClung far exceeded our expectations; time and again she went above and beyond my expectations. I think the thing that impressed me most was that she put forth all this effort to deliver truly outstanding customer service. I would have expected such service if we had been buying a multi-million dollar mansion, but we weren't, so it was surprising and extra delightful to us to be on the receiving end of Julia's amazing efforts. Rest assured that I will be singing her praises whenever I get the chance.
