The sale of a home and moving out of state can be a very stressful experience--and in my case, it was especially difficult as I was doing it alone. I was leaving behind my husband with advanced dementia in a care home. This meant many stresses on several fronts. JJ was with me and beside me the entire time. I could have gone with any number of other agents--there are a few who live in my neighborhood, and some who approached me about listing with them. I never doubted my decision to have JJ as my agent. She kept me informed of everything I needed to know and did not bother me with the items she knew I didn't need to be bothered with. She monitored every open house, strategized as the market changed rapidly this past spring, and was always the optimist and the realist at the same time. Under her care, my home looked better than I could have made it myself. She has an eye for what will appeal to buyers and made sure my home reflected its best side. This was our second transaction with JJ! Her strategy for selling our house was excellent! In particular, JJ hired an excellent Stager and Decorator to enhance the appearance of our home! In addition, JJ’s $799K offering price provided more competition, thus helping to drive the Final Accepted Offer to $840K with no real contingencies in less than 20 hours! JJ Testimony We had such a great first home buying experience and we owe a lot of that to JJ! We met JJ one day at an open house in a local community and we are so glad we did! She guided us, was honest with us, and encouraged us. Any time we called, she answered. JJ became more than our realtor, but a friend.
