My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Arbor Grande community with the assistance of your sales associate J.J. Williams. I am writing to express our appreciation for her knowledge, professionalism, and personality. Ms. Williams helped us understand the unique qualities of the many different villages in Lakewood Ranch. She listened to our needs and preferences and helped us find the perfect match. We love our new home and community because of JJ’s ability to connect with us. She made us feel valued and special. We purchased a newly constructed home and JJ maintained her connection to us throughout a process made more difficult due to COVID-19. She consistently checked in with us and helped us deal with every issue. I wish I was able to click more stars because JJ deserves them all. My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years and our experience with JJ was second to none. She was knowledgeable, honest, highly experienced, available and an all-around pleasure to work with. We were having an issue with scheduling the closing on the sale of the home we were selling and could not reach the broker handling that sale. When we called JJ for advice she jumped right in and took care of the business at hand. We love the home JJ found for us and can’t wait to have her over for dinner!

After our initial contact and subsequent date to view properties I became ill and had to postpone my visit. JJ stayed in touch without me feeling pressured. When I did arrive JJ had several homes scheduled for me to view and they were all within my criteria, but also were a nice range of places. I had told JJ that if I saw something that I liked I would buy it, but I was not going to buy just because I was travelling down from New York. To my pleasant surprise I liked what I saw and decided to put in an offer on one of the properties. Back at the office JJ assisted me in making an offer. We learned that the sellers had already accepted an offer, but JJ told me that the situation was not solid and my offer was next. The next day JJ called to tell me that my offer had been accepted. From there, JJ helped me find an attorney, inspection company, and title company, among other things. I would be signing closing documents in New York, but JJ advised me that that was common so there would be no worries. My biggest problem was with Chase Bank who would be handling my mortgage. Chase delayed the closing three (3) times, but all through this JJ stayed in touch. The process moved quicker than I had expected (except for Chase), but I never felt rushed or pressured thanks to JJ. If I become aware of any of my New York friends looking for a home in the Sarasota area, there is NO doubt that I will refer them to JJ.

JJ was a great resource and a trusted friend by the end of our process. We were buying a condo as a second home and couldn't be there every time a new listing came up. JJ would drop everything and go to the new listing, taking pictures and video for us. We've already recommended her to some friends who are looking to do the same thing we did. She was able to help us find a better condo with more amenities than we ever thought we'd be able to purchase. Plus it's in a perfect location for us. She even offered to drive us to the airport and loan us a bed to sleep on when we came the first time to visit our condo. She made the whole process so easy and we felt very informed along the way. It was a lot different to purchase property in Florida than in our home state of Indiana.

We could not have picked a better realtor! JJ went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed about an area, a potentional home or neighborhood, which was extremely beneficial being first time homebuyers. She thoroughly explained the home buying process, was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had along the way. She’s so sweet and friendly and truly listened to what we were in search of for our first home. I would truly recommend JJ to anyone and everyone searching for a new home.

JJ went above and beyond during every aspect of our new construction being built. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were completely out of our element and had no idea where to even begin. But JJ was nothing but helpful, answering all of our questions and making sure we were confident every step of the way. She went out of her way to give us progress updates, as well as ensure all inspections and closing went as smoothly as possible. Most importantly, she made us feel like a part of the family!

JJ went far beyond what I believe others would do. She asked questions about what we were looking for and at our request, sent us information about the area and homes for several months before we started actively looking. She made sure we got answers to every question we asked and negotiated the price on our behalf (which let to a sale). We would Highly recommend her.
