We all know what a difficult market this has been for Buyers. Not only did Janet deal with this market, but she had to deal with our frustrations of losing offers we submitted. Her explanations and advice were always superb. Janet always graciously set up appointments, pointed out the positives of the property, and allowed us to make up our own minds. If you are looking for am extremely flexible and fast communicator, Janet is it! We had very good communication with Janet prior to our move but boy did she pull out all the stops once we arrived!!! She responded to my 6:30am texts when we found a house that went on the market! Now that is service! No problem seeing houses on the same day and returning later on in the day for a second showing. Once the contract was ratified, she continued to guide a smooth process and we couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you so much!

We purchased our first condo in Venice, FL in 2015 and worked with Janet Oberholtzer. She was great to work with and made it a pleasant experience. When we decided to sell the condo and look for a house we wanted to work with her again. She sold the condo in record time and then helped us find the house we were hoping for. Janet was very helpful in both transactions. Neither of us is very computer savvy and she walked us through each step while we were back here in Indiana and everything went smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. In fact, we did recommend Janet to one of our friends and they were also able to purchase the house in Pelican Point last year. I cannot say enough about Janet, she truly listens to her customers. As a customer service representative myself, I take customer service extremely seriously, and that means “listening to the customers”. Janet truly heard my husband and me, she didn’t push us, she listened. When Janet knew we were on the verge of walking away from Bellacina, she intervened and told them “they will walk away if you do work with them”. She understood who we were, and where we wanted to be, as well as what we wanted. Customer Service and listening is so important, and I truly felt Janet was an excellent listener. If it wasn’t for Janet truly helping us through the entire process, I don’t believe we would have purchased when we did. Listening to us pointed us in the right direction to make the best choice for us. Janet is wonderful and MSC is lucky to have her, and as I have already done, I will continue to recommend Janet and MSC to friends/family.

Janet is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. She is truly knowledgeable and loves her job! She was very patient with helping me find the "right" house for me. After a year of looking, I just settled on my Condo and couldn't be happier. This is not my first purchase or sale and Janet has been by far the best realtor experience I have had.
