We were very happy with Janet. The photographer that she choose took excellent pictures of our home and included all of our upgrades in the description of our home. We were very happy with the price that she suggested in listing our home. Our home sold in four days, first person that looked at it and we got our asking price. Janet also accompanied us when we looked at the home we wanted to buy. We were building the home and she helped with picking out things and was helpful in final walk thru. You can not go wrong with hiring Janet as your realtor.

From the moment that we met her to look at 13 homes in one day, she made us feel like we were the most important clients that she had ever had. She took her time and answered all of our questions with great knowledge and we never felt rushed. She even had additional properties for us to view that we had not selected but that she thought might meet our criteria. After spending most of the day touring properties we went to visit a model home at Fireside Builders. This was at the request of others that were with us that is working with another builder to compare what Fireside had to offer. Well....once we had toured the model home we were absolutely convinced that our money would be better spent purchasing a lot an building our dream home. We let Janet know that this was going to be our course of action and she offered to assist with finding the lot as well. She was available to us all along the way until we found a lot that we were interested in which was not listed as for sale. She went above and beyond for us by locating the owners (which was not an easy task) and contacting them on our behalf. She was able to secure a price and did everything that we needed to have done in order to purchase the land at a very small commission for herself. She then referred us to the title company and as of January 18, 2019, we are the proud owners of our land in Venice Beach. We then reached out to her again to ask for her recommendation for an insurance company to supply us with an estimate for homeowners insurance which was required by our lender for the purchase of our home. Of course, she was happy to oblige and we are absolutely thrilled with her recommendation. We just cannot say enough about this woman and her customer service.

I have dealings with realtors before and our experience with Janet has been outstanding far above my expectations.From the start of our search, Janet took the time to understand our goals, showed us what the greater Venice had to offer, and then began to show properties that fit.Janet was very sincere that and conveyed a personal association where Linda and I felt a building level of trust in her judgment.Janet took the time to find the right purchase and at no time tried to “sell” us on an adequate but not quite right property. She was just as forthcoming in pointing out the positives of a property as well as less desirable features. Very patient, never rushed us.Once we decided on Renaissance, Janet was involved in the negotiations on our side of the table taking the side of her buyers. Janet got involved with recommendations for insurance providers. Assisted with certain issues with the builder. Showed up for the walkthrough noting areas the builder needed to correct.To Linda and I Janet is the Michael Saunders agency and we are quite pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to recommend Janet to anyone who wants a higher level of a real estate professional.

We just cannot say enough about Janet. She was recommended to us by friends and we could not be happier. Our original plan was to purchase an existing home. We toured a dozen or so homes guided by Janet and then stopped by a builder's model home. It became very clear to us that this was the way that we wanted to go. So Janet went to work assisting us with locating the perfect lot. All the while knowing that the commission would be far different than if we had purchased an existing home. She never made us feel any different in this quest than when we were looking at the existing homes. Janet receives a 5 star review from us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch real estate agent!

We could not be more pleased with Janet. She had a thorough knowledge of the area and properties we were interested in looking as well as selling our home. She went the extra mile in so many ways. Highly recommend her. With many choices in the realtor market, and has been in sales meeting lots of realtors in the past I knew I wanted to work with Janet when the time came for us to purchase our next home.
