We started a sincere journey to buy a place in the Venice area after many years of dreaming about “someday”. Jackie was referred to us by mutual friends. The first thing we noticed that Jackie was interested in learning about our wants, our lifestyle and how we planned to live in a FL community. She was not pressing for a quick sale. That became more evident when we made an offer on one property, was part way through the process, then we terminated the deal. (It was the right decision but disappointing for all). She didn’t try to salvage it or pressure us. We kept in contact and periodically emailed about other available properties. The timing got better and Jackie found the perfect place for us. We did not go see it but she walked us through via FaceTime. We felt as if a trusted friend was guiding us through and pointing out features, not a salesperson looking to close a deal. She helped us through the offer process and listened to my input. Once we got the acceptance, the people to whom she referred us - from escrow, banking, contractors, all perfectly lined up to meet the time sensitive deadlines. Buying a house is stressful. Buying one without seeing it is doubly stressful. Jackie made us feel confident and in control, protecting our interests in the process. Highly recommend that you allow she and her team to do the same for you, whether buying or selling.

Jackie was recommended to us by a realtor in another state and our experience with Jackie can only be classified as outstanding. In our initial meeting, she had done her homework on our property but the most important part was that she listened to our concerns/questions and answered them completely and honestly. She worked diligently to sell our home in a changing market. She was a true professional but at the same time made us feel like we were her most important client. Jackie will provide you with an exceptional home buying experience. We met Jackie in February of 2024 and purchased a home at the end of June 2024. In the short 4 months that we worked with Jackie, she helped us buy our dream home in Florida, while we were still living in the Northeast. We had a 1 week trip to Sarasota/Venice to look at homes in person and put down an offer, which we thought was a lofty goal. But Jackie listened to us, set us up with all the walkthroughs we wanted, and organized our schedule in a meaningful manner. Jackie is detail oriented, extremely thoughtful and considerate in the advice she provides, and we truly felt she had our best interest at heart. We brought our 1 year old to all the in person walkthroughs which would not have been possible without Jackie, who went so far as to offer to stay in the car while we looked at a home and our baby slept. We could not be more grateful to Jackie for being so gracious, thoughtful, and patient as she helped us through our first home buying experience. Both of our families know of Jackie as we cannot stop talking about our realtor who went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home.
