Jackie Griese was our realtor for a beach condo purchase in Venice. She was very upbeat and outgoing as she explained to us everything we needed to learn about Venice. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, area and driven toward excellence in service. She desires to truly do what is best for her clients. She also was able to direct us to other professionals we needed to interact with during the process since we were from out of the area. Jackie made herself available whenever we needed access to the condo pre-sale and is still checking on us after the sale. I would definitely recommend Jackie for top-notch professional service as this is her full-time passion to match buyers with their perfect home.

I moved many times with my family and hence met many real estate people. Jackie is the most customer-centric, people focused and dedicated one that we ever met. Whether a corporate relocation, or looking for the perfect vacation home, Jackie Griese is, and will always be the best to work with in the area. Jackie is the consummate professional. She knows her industry, the area she works in, and how to successfully negotiate a real estate deal for all parties – and can discern and filter the right properties for her clients. Her customer service and responsiveness are remarkable and unsurpassed. We had to find a home in a hurry because of an unexpected and exciting relocation. Jackie filtered our requests and must haves, identified several properties and set up our tours. Because of her expertise and customer service, we were able to make a choice by end of day. Amazingly, she was also able to negotiate a 2-week closing and deserved an award for diplomacy in the process. She also provided stellar resources for insurance, legal, and inspection professionals. We will always be grateful for her care in the process and her expertise in the deal.
