Fred was probably one of the best realtors I have worked with and my wife and I have bought and sold 17 homes. He took time to learn the house he was selling which I think helped with the showings. We had a complex market with an expensive home and he helped deliver. I am very pleased with him and would use him again for investment or personal real estate.

In the sometime stressful business of selling and buying a house, the realtor plays a fundamental role in keeping calm, and focuses on the task of, in this case, selling. Fred went above and beyond those tasks. We were mostly out of state, and Fred managed everything, even those tasks that are not usually assigned to a realtor. We were so fortunate to find Fred. He was empathetic, he truthfully cared about our concerns, and he managed the sale of the house with professional and friendly manners.
