Fred is so on the pulse with the Sarasota market, he can advise sale price or offer price on the fly and then back it up with neighborhood comps after the fact. We have now purchased two homes with Fred and in both experiences his caring, knowledgeable, patient, and HONEST approach have been first class. We were blessed to have found Fred Sassen as our realtor for our property search. He had the patience of Job as we looked at numerous properties over several months. He came prepared for every one of them, with a list of pros and cons for the home and the neighborhood. There was never any doubt that Fred was on our side and was protecting our interests in the purchase. It got even better when we finally put a contract on the house we wanted. He helped guide us through every option to secure the best price as well as ensuring the property met our expectations. We went through 2 hurricanes and a roof leak before closing. He kept us aware of our options before and after each hurricane, as well as making sure all repairs were satisfactory to us. He is still a valuable resource to us after move in, as he and his family are well established in the community. I cannot recommend Fred highly enough.

Fred is an extremely knowledgable and detail-oriented Realtor. My wife and I have worked with him on multiple occasions. He is truly a great resource for a buyer or seller. He always picks up the phone or calls back if busy. I have worked with several Realtors over the years and Fred is the best, by far.

Fred is Fantastic! Best decision I made was choosing Fred! We finally closed on my property this month. Let me tell you it was one of the hardest processes I have ever done in my life. The amount of hurdles we went through was insane! Permit delays, inspection issues, two hurricanes! Closing wouldn't have happened without a good team by my side. He was our partner throughout the process, took ownership of open items ensuring a successful closing. Thank you Fred for all your support and guidance! Fred was the best! I met with several Realtors but felt most comfortable with Fred. We were on the same page, so to say. He was confident with our listing price, professional and very diplomatic in our negotiations with potential buyers. He knows the market well and is active in the Sarasota community. And here is the best part... we listed on March 1st, had a contract by March 5th and closed on March 28th! I think that speaks volumes! If I ever buy or sell again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Fred is the best! He has been my realtor through the purchase and sale of the first home I owned, and the purchase of my second. Both processes were completely smooth thanks to Fred's responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, even on short notice. He was able to get quick showings at each house I wanted to see and gave honest advice and feedback about each property. I never felt as though I was being pushed in a particular direction and knew I could trust his expert opinion on which property would work for my growing family. He knows the area well and always has recommendations for anything that might come up. Even after moving in, he has responded right away to any questions I had! Plus, Fred is a genuinely kind and pleasant person who is a joy to be around. I can't imagine using a different realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been through many buy/sell property transactions, and this was so smooth ansd easy. Fred was outstanding, he went above and beyond to show me many properties, provide comps, helped with inspection, and all around was just great to work with! I don't live in Florida so having extra help (before, during and after close) was really important and appreciated. Highly recommend Fred and Michael Saunders!!
