I would like to commend Drew Russell, Olivia Crockett, and Michael Saunders and Company for presenting my property in the very best way for showing: from beautiful photos to free-standing posters, brochures and open house as well as advertising and other promotions, I feel that everything possible was done to encourage a sale. Drew was sensitive to the trends in the market and, as time went by, the price was adjusted to maintain interest in showings. When he became aware of the timeframe I needed, he was able to find a buyer and provide a sale. I highly recommend Drew and his assistant Olivia, and Michael Saunders Realty!

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had working with Drew Russell and Olivia Russo on a recent real estate transaction. I listed a home as a Trustee for one of my clients. Drew’s advice on preparing the home was spot on and we were under contract very quickly. Unfortunately, that deal fell through due to the buyer but Drew worked very hard and got a more solid offer within days. Drew and Olivia were always available to answer any questions or concerns raised by me or the attorney who represents me in the case. They were both professional, pleasant, and attentive to ensure a smooth transaction for all. I have worked with Drew in the past and he will continue to be a ‘go-to’ realtor for me and my clients. Almost thirteen years ago I wrote expressing our absolute delight and pleasure in working with agent, Drew Russell, in the purchase of two homes and sale of one, in Sarasota.Here I am again, writing to extol the continued praise of Drew and his assistant Dawn Deltour. My husband passed away suddenly almost three years ago and I realized that my house was more than I wanted to deal with any longer. I contacted Drew to explore my living options in downtown Sarasota. After many viewings in different downtown areas, I purchased a condo unit at The Mark. We put my home on the market at the end of October and closed on the sale, April 17th. Drew did an excellent job at marketing my home with beautiful photos and the utilization of all the marketing tools available. He was steadfast, persistent and consistent throughout the process. I think his greatest assets to your company are his complete and total honesty, his calming demeanor and consistently positive attitude! Besides all that, he’s just a really nice person with great values. Drew Russell is an exceptional Agent. He always had answers for our questions and exceptionally aware of anything we wanted to discuss. When I say we, my daughter was an asset to me guiding through the sale of my home. I cannot give Drew enough thanks for guiding us through this entire sale. We have worked with Drew on a few transactions. HE is highly ethical and full of integrity. Drew guided us to purchase our forever home and steered us away from homes that didn't suit our long term needs. He was patient with us and we never felt rushed pr pressured to make a purchase over the year long search process. We would not work with another agent as this home buying experience was the most pleasant experience we have had with any agent. I highly recommend Drew.
