When I was ready to make an offer on a property I had driven to several months earlier, Drew wanted to visit the property for himself, so he could guide me with the best approach. I couldn't be happier with his personal approach & guidance. Previously I lived in a Great Lakes state, so I was unfamiliar with what needed to be done before & after the purchase. Drew even called me a couple of weeks after the closing to see if he could help me with anything. Thanks for everything Drew.

We were represented in our recent home purchase by Drew Russell and could not have been more satisfied with his services and performance. Before I arrived to view potential condos, Drew canvassed the area and narrowed the field. The selections were great...and this process saved many hours. Drew revealed (my) very specific intentions to the seller...and within 24 hours, after intense negotiations, the deal was set. I have purchased many homes...and never had a real estate agent like Drew with this level of service. I strongly recommend him

It was such a pleasure working with you. You made the entire process so much easier and less stressful than what we had experienced before. You were always extremely professional, and remained quite calm during the negotiating process. We were also quite impressed with your marketing tools. We were really not expecting to sell in 60 days, but you made it happen! If you ever need a slogan, it should be ‘Drew delivers!’ as you certainly did, well beyond our expectations.

When you are a couple of thousand miles away, it is really important to have someone like Drew looking over things. His counsel was always correct. If we should ever happen to re-enter the Florida real estate market, Drew would be the first person we will call. As a retired businessman, I know that you must surround yourself with really good people to be successful. If all of your agents are as good as Drew, you and your firm have much success to enjoy.

We selected Drew based on 'good chemistry' and actual past success in Silver Oak. Drew managed the entire process from start to finish, from the listing agreement through a line item explanation of the closing form and every step along the way, we couldn’t be more pleased. The successful offer came 18 days after our listing hit MLS – excellent! I would heartily recommend (and have) Drew for any future real estate needs, be it selling or buying.
