We met Doug 8 years ago when we purchased our home on St Armand’s Circle. He was the buyers agent. Doug was professional and quite knowledgeable about the area. 8 years later we listed our home and it was an easy decision for us to have Doug represent us as sellers. Doug is a true professional and one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. I own properties in various states and Doug is second to none in taking care of his customers and representing Michael Saunders & Company. Doug was amazing. He has shown us properties for quite a while. When we finally made a decision, he followed through on every detail. He was always patient and professional . I was introduced to Doug by mutual friends. Doug identified properties for me and communicated changes in the market to me at my home in La Jolla, CA until January when I made an offer. He anticipated my needs and was always available to answer my questions. He made me feel that he is genuinely a friend.
