Doug went above and beyond to help with the sale of a condo. He truly gave great service and was willing to help in any way needed, including recommendations for moving companies, cleaning services, scheduling needed repair work, etc. The sale of the condo would not have been possible without his help. Doug has now handled 3 transactions for my wife and I in the last 4 years on Siesta Key (2 sales; 1 purchase). Doug Parks is the consummate professional real estate agent. He not only knows his market extremely well, but he also is trustworthy and very likeable. To me those are three of the most important attributes of a salesperson (someone I like, someone I trust, and someone that can deliver the best market information to me). Far and away the best realtor in the St. Armands market. Our guesthouse was priced right and was under contract within a day or two, closing within a few weeks. Doug made sure every detail was attended to. Over the years we have recommended him many times.
