While we rarely provide feedback, the service received by Debbie must be recognized. As a representative of Michael Saunders, Debbie continually went above and beyond delivering exceptional service. We often tell the story of purchasing the townhouse we recently sold. The purchase took place during a sellers' market. Offers were continually far above asking price and other agents would advise on overbidding. In contrast, we saw the listing for the townhouse around 9:00pm one evening. A quick email to Debbie and within the hour she confirmed an early morning showing! Debbie drove to the townhouse and via a video call we proceeded to conduct a virtual showing. Debbie drove around the neighborhood and highlighted the area, even noted several parks close by. We were SOLD. By the end of the call, we were ready to make an offer and structured the purchase at asking price and a short window to accept. A couple hours later - the seller agreed!! Fast forward five years - my wife and I decided to begin a search for a one-story unit. At the outset of listing the townhouse, Debbie managed the listing with professional photos (truly exceptional). She provided a one-pager of the photos and property details for potential home buyers to take with them. Debbie's attention to details carried throughout the selling process as we are not residence of Florida. She would visit the property and turn on lights and open shades prior to a showing. After showings we had little doubt the lights and shades would be returned to the state we left them. Debbie's knowledge goes well beyond the selling process. Often, my wife and I would review current market conditions, discuss price adjustment in a down market, and review implication of offers received. Sound advice pertaining to the market conditions was the norm. Her upbeat spirit perpetuated a positive outlook, keeping us engaged in the process of selling. Interestingly, we have since come to learn the buyers had been drawn to the townhouse because of the photos. Eventually, the price and conditions for the couple worked for them. The showing we set for a day when other units in the community were hosting open houses. On short notice, we asked Debbie to host an open house in an attempt to take advantage of the foot traffic. The couple attended the showing. They liked the unit so much they requested to come back with their parents while Debbie was there. Debbie graciously waited and allowed the couple and parents to walk thru again. We received the offer from the couple and closed shortly after that. Thank you Debbie! In terms of the one-story, Debbie also provided assistance in securing that home. Debbie walked the property with us, gathered the documents required from the HOA and even assisted with the title company.

I just wanted to send a note regarding our recent experience with Debbie Vogler. We sold a condo in Marina Walk, and Debbie, as usual, was the consummate professional. She made the process easy and went out of her way to make things go smoothly for us. We had already had a great experience with her in buying the same condo, and she did not disappoint us in selling it. Debbie would not allow herself to have any conflict of interest between the buyer and seller,r which speaks volumes about her ethics too. When we purchase another property in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, we will certainly look forward to working with Debbie again.

It was our second time working with Debbie Vogler. She represented us in purchasing a property in 2017 and our experience was excellent - extremely professional, very responsive, and just a joy to work with. Well, when we needed to sell our property this year under tough circumstances - she surpassed our very high expectations. Debbie handled anything and everything to help my family - we needed to handle most of the sale remotely. Meet the contractor to handle some repairs? No problem. Collect and forward across key mail? You bet. Pool is looking a bit low on water, she adds it before the pool people. Updates every day. And of course, she got us a great price and the home is going to another family to appreciate it. Debbie was recommended to represent us as buyers through our Washington state realtor’s relocation service. We knew we could expect a high caliber of service and Debbie totally delighted! She corresponded several times before the meet-up by e-mails and calls sending many listings to whet our appetites. About 5 days prior to our arrival In the area, we received dozens of listings, brand new and newer all within the areas, in our price range and with features we were seeking. These were all categorized and laid out on a grid map of the area. She was a great pleasure to work with and followed our guidance the whole time, yet always offering a helpful opinion when asked. Debbie is a real pro! She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and knows the Bradenton/Sarasota area very well. She educates you about a property, she doesn't sell you on a property. When it came to writing up the contract she explained our choices in an easy to understand way so that we could make proper educated decisions that were best for us.

Having recently retired from the Baltimore/Washington area my wife and I had been looking to relocate to the Bradenton area. We have been extremely pleased with Debbie; her experience and knowledge of the market was very comforting as we completed our search and ultimately one of the many reasons we settled in Bradenton. Debbie was extremely capable in providing many suggestions as our minds where not made up as to moving into a condominium, high rise or single family home.
