Debbie was recommended to represent us as buyers through our Washington state realtor’s relocation service. We knew we could expect a high caliber of service and Debbie totally delighted! She corresponded several times before the meet-up by e-mails and calls sending many listings to whet our appetites. About 5 days prior to our arrival In the area, we received dozens of listings, brand new and newer all within the areas, in our price range and with features we were seeking. These were all categorized and laid out on a grid map of the area. She was a great pleasure to work with and followed our guidance the whole time, yet always offering a helpful opinion when asked. The expert knowledge, level of customer service, patience and ongoing support I received from Debbie Vogler during my recent experience buying my retirement home in Florida was above and beyond any customer's expectation. I had a very long list of search criteria and she helped me meet them all including a home located on the water with boating access, salt water pool, hot tub, large lanai with outdoor kitchen, southwest facing views, newer construction, three or more bedrooms, and a gated neighborhood with an activities director. Debbie's quick and ongoing communication made it possible for me to make an offer within 24 hours of a price drop on a home I was interested in and we were able to go under contract very quickly! Debbie truly hung in with me for over eight months even when she was out of town dealing with my long list of requirements, questions and expectations until I found the right property at the right price. She never tried to convince me to settle for less than my retirement house hunting expectations including supporting me through a creative negotiation process. Debbie has truly made a difference in my life moving forward into my retirement years by helping me find the perfect home!

I have worked with Debbie Vogler on more than 10 real estate transactions and she is fantastic. Debbie is more than an agent, she is a trusted business associate. Many of the past years that I have worked with Debbie I have been overseas or out of state. I could count on Debbie to make sure things went smoothly even though I was not able to personally be present.
