Dan spoke directly with every agent before they showed our Siesta condo. He said he wanted to be sure each agent knew all the features and benefits and they wouldn't rush thru their showing. That made all the difference! The home sold in one day with a full-price offer and two others waiting to write an offer. The process was smooth because of Dan's diligence and attention to details. He is a consummate sales person whether you're a buyer or seller. We were both. Highly recommended!

Dan listened to us as out-of-towners. We had a broad area and he showed us the greater Sarasota area AND set up 8 open houses for us to see. Dan quickly shifted gears after learning our reactions and set up other properties to see even though they didn't have everything we wanted--the full Gulf view! (It wasn't in our budget AND have the ability to rent by the week....which we wanted.) He treated us as if we were his only clients, he gave his opinions yet didn't tell us what to do. Fortunately, he found us a perfect house and we jumped on it. He made the process flow easily and I believe his professionalism with the other agent got our deal thru without counter offers and bidding wars. We will send anyone to Dan! Thank you!

"Dan Desoto sold us our first Florida home when he was working at the Lakewood Ranch office.When we wanted to upgrade to a second full time home , he had left the state, but put us in contact with another agent.When we decided to buy a third home 7 years later, we called on Mr Desoto once again. He gives individual attention that we like and we have been around some. This is our 22nd home.

I never thought we would find an agent that would become a friend. He was great right from the moment he walked into our home. He made selling our home easier than we had ever hoped.
