My wife and I wandered into the Michael Saunders LWR office one day early this summer, and were very fortunate to get connected to Dan Desoto. During our initial visit, we told Dan we had not even listed our house in the middle of the state for sale yet; this did not deter Dan, he still took the time to show us some homes in the area. Later in the summer, we listed our home, sold it in two days, and came back to see Dan the same week and bought our new home in LWR. Through the entire process culminating with closing, Dan was the consummate professional. Even now, if I need anything, I feel like I have a friend in Dan whom I can trust.

What would we have done without Dan? We would probably still be stumbling around trying to find our way. Dan took us under his wing and has continued to guide us through this process coming to Florida! We started with an excellent agent and have ended up with a true friend!

I would like to let you know what we experienced with one of your agents at Lakewood Ranch. We have moved about the country over the years and have bought many houses. Never have we ever had such an outstanding agent such as Dan Desoto. His professional demeanor and service deserve an A+ grade in all aspects.
