My fiancé and I had an incredible experiencing working with Ana for our three month rental in Sarasota, while we had a work contract opportunity. Ana was absolutely delightful, always willing to chat and responsive to our needs. She was very present and available. I loved seeing Ana on the condo rental site many times either working on the property, taking initiative cleaning the grounds, or simply see her catching up with residents in the community. It is hard to believe that tomorrow Thanksgiving day Leslie and I will be in North Carolina for two weeks ⛰️ and without Ana’s help our dream would not have come true! Leslie and I have lived in Sarasota for approximately 40 yrs., and I in the Coquina house for 38+ yrs. To say the least our transition has been bitter sweet, fulfilling our dream and at the same time leaving family and friends we love, and yes Ana is one of them. Our journey in selling our home begin in the spring and lasted until the fall. To say the least the ups and downs of we’re trying at times, but there was always the support of Ana saying, “Don’t worry things will work out.” She was right! we could not have done it without her! I have had the opportunity to stay at The condos here on S.Osprey Ave in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos, both were wonderful!! . For a year I was able to stay in condo 102A it is a two bedroom two bath very spacious condo with a beautiful screened in Lenai and a large outdoor patio! It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you may need! I was able to add my own touches to the lenai with a few fun furnishings and flowers to make it my own. My unit was on the bottom floor easy accessible through the gate from the parking lot or the front door. I travel with my dog and she absolutely loved laying in the Sun on the lenai and in the patio in the mornings we have shade and it's beautiful to set and drink a cup of coffee and just enjoy the florida mornings and evenings. I am only minutes from siesta key beach and only minutes from Publix CVS and beautiful restaurants. You can choose to walk, bike or drive to any of these locations easily. The condo community is very friendly and quiet. They have a beautiful pool that you can also enjoy! I love it here and hate to have to leave, but know that i am always welcome back! Ana Varone is a wonderful hostess and her and her husband are always just a phone call away to answer questions or assistance as needed! We just spent the month of March 2024. This unit is in a great location with easy access to Siesta Key, downtown and a variety of restaurants. The unit is attractive and the back yard is very peaceful. Ana is very responsive to any needs and a pleasant person to work with.

Working with Ana was effortless! She gave us many insights into the Siesta Key area. Images of her condo unit were true to life. Condo was clean and very well supplied!

We have had the pleasure of working with Ana on three different occasions; buying a house, selling a house and selling a condo. She is a consummate professional; she is highly skilled and knowledgeable in real estate, she knows the Sarasota market, and she conducts herself with the utmost professionalism at all times. But, what makes Ana stand out among the top professionals in her field, is that she is just delightful and fun person to work with. Selling one's home is stressful* even during a "sellers' market". With Ana we know we are in good hands. She will support you with pre-sale activities from finding a plumber to fix a leaky faucet to suggestions on what you can do (without spending a lot of money) to make your home appealing to the broadest pool of buyers. She will study the local market and find the right comparable homes and determine the 'sweet spot' at which to list your home. She will keep you updated with feedback from potential buyers and their agents - this we have found very useful in understanding how our home really 'stacks up' with other homes in the market -- something that is invaluable in reducing the inherent stress in selling one's home. And, because of her honesty and integrity she is just the greatest at handling negotiations and closing sales. We look forward to working with her again. Ana is just amazing! We have had the pleasure to work with Ana on three occasions; twice selling and once purchasing a property with her. She has been the consummate professional in all of the transactions. She understands the Sarasota market, and with Michael Saunders & Company's resources behind her, she knows where the market is going, and, crucially, what is the right price whether you are selling or buying a property. She is detail oriented just in the right way, but at the same time she sees the big picture - the goal of bringing together a buyer and a seller to close on a win-win transaction. But, what we value and appreciate the most about Ana is her honesty and integrity. We look forward to working with her again.

I give the Condominiums on Oasis a 5 star! I was able to stay in condo 107A. during my 7 month travel nurse assignment! Upon arrival Anna was able to meet with me and give me a walk through and answered all my questions! I found the condominiums very welcoming and safe. My condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable had a great screened in patio and a nice backyard area for me and my dog who travels with me. It was located in a great location close to my work at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, it was only minutes from Siesta Key beach, located in a very nice community. I was able to walk with my dog or alone in the mornings and in the evenings and feel safe. Just down the street was a nice little community that had nice restaurants and a local market all within walking distance. or Publix was just walking distance away also. Anna and her husband David was always there to assist if I had any questions or concerns. I plan to return to Sarasota and plan to stay with them again!
