Ana was such a pleasure to work with! As the property owner selling "For Sale by Owner" Ana walked the perfect buyers through the door and I could not of asked for a better experience. My wife and I recently spend the month of April in Sarasota, FL; we had the honor of spending our time in a condominium which was rented to us by Anna Varone. We had an incredible experience, her condo was in an excellent location - we literally minutes away from everything in Sarasota. Everything was almost within walking distance, e.g., Publix, CVS, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. It was no more than a five minute ride to downtown. The unit was very clean and recently remodeled; our free parking space was steps away from the unit. The swimming pool was hardly used and we felt we had our own private pool all the time we were there. This is a 5 STAR experience and we highly recommend working with Anna and considering a rental for one of her units. We have worked with Ana for a few years, first to find rentals in Sarasota for our annual visit, then to find a home to purchase, and now to manage our condo when we rent it out to others.
