We met Tina several years ago when we were considering selling our home but decided to rent it. Although we chose to rent, we always remembered Tina's presentation and have followed her success over the years. We recently decided to sell the home and Tina took charge and really got things moving. She had the home inspected for needed repairs, provided great resources to make the repairs, and quickly staged the home. Her research and experience positioned the house to sell while getting the maximum price. Typically, we don't write testimonials unless we are blown away and we were blown away with Tina. After being with a realtor who wasn't a good fit for our needs, Tina entered the picture and was amazing from the moment she walked through the door. Her preparation was off the charts. She knew more about our house and community than we did and we built the house. Most impressive was Tina's marketing prowess. We were with the previous agent for six months, during a great market, and received one below market offer. Tina took over the listing at the beginning of the Corona Virus and sold our house for an excellent price using a 3D video tour and video walk through. We were also likely to receive a secondary offer that same day. We can't recommend Tina highly enough. If you're looking for a personable, down to earth agent who WILL sell your house call Tina. If you hate yourself or love drama try someone else.

Tina is amazing and a true Lakewood Ranch expert. She showed us all sorts of options in our budget, in different neighborhoods, and walked us through the pros and cons of everything we looked at. We ended up going with new construction and she was by our side from start to finish (which we needed). Being relatively new to the area and building our first home, Tina’s insights were invaluable. We turned to Tina after 2 prior agents had failed to sell our Lakewood Ranch home in the past few years. We knew she was a top-selling agent who handled a lot of high-end properties, and didn't think she'd be interested in, or a good fit for, our modest one. But we interviewed her anyway, at the insistence of a mutual friend who knew her well. Tina "got" our house - the features that had led us to buy it years before - the second she walked in the front door, something the other agents we interviewed did not. Adding to that her friendly, enthusiastic personality and comprehensive presentation, we came away convinced she was right for our house. Two things that we believe made a big difference to buyers were the extensive but cost-effective staging she arranged, and truly exceptional photography of our home. We had at least 2 or 3 showings every day for 2 weeks - once 6 in a single day! - even though she listed the house at a price point higher than the other agents had recommended. We had a contract in 2 weeks, a backup contract soon after, and even a 2nd backup contract a month later. The buyer did not make the closing process an easy one, but Tina worked her contacts to develop insights into the situation that would otherwise have gone unnoticed, and these helped get the deal to the finish line. We've bought and sold homes in 4 states over the years, and can say without reservation that Tina is the best agent we've ever worked with.
