We turned to Tina after 2 prior agents had failed to sell our Lakewood Ranch home in the past few years. We knew she was a top-selling agent who handled a lot of high-end properties, and didn't think she'd be interested in, or a good fit for, our modest one. But we interviewed her anyway, at the insistence of a mutual friend who knew her well. Tina "got" our house - the features that had led us to buy it years before - the second she walked in the front door, something the other agents we interviewed did not. Adding to that her friendly, enthusiastic personality and comprehensive presentation, we came away convinced she was right for our house. Two things that we believe made a big difference to buyers were the extensive but cost-effective staging she arranged, and truly exceptional photography of our home. We had at least 2 or 3 showings every day for 2 weeks - once 6 in a single day! - even though she listed the house at a price point higher than the other agents had recommended. We had a contract in 2 weeks, a backup contract soon after, and even a 2nd backup contract a month later. The buyer did not make the closing process an easy one, but Tina worked her contacts to develop insights into the situation that would otherwise have gone unnoticed, and these helped get the deal to the finish line. We've bought and sold homes in 4 states over the years, and can say without reservation that Tina is the best agent we've ever worked with.

Tina did a fantastic job selling my house after taking over a listing that had been on the market for a long time. With Tina, we had the first offer within a couple weeks and a back up offer. Tina is by far the most professional and dedicated salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Tina sold my $869,000 house in Lakewood Ranch in 1 day. It never made it to MLS. How do I begin to describe our relationship with Tina? Let us begin with 5 stars...... We met Tina when we asked her to visit our home in December. We wanted to ask her opinion about our home prior to looking at another home that had peaked our interest. What a breath of fresh air she was, from the moment we met her. Within a week we had visited the house of interest and made an offer. Tina helped us every step of the way, and we closed on the house within 6 weeks. We moved into our lovely home in Teal Creek Glen, and then we began preparing our home in Blythefield Terrace. Tina made constructive suggestions and we followed them. At her suggestion and her assistance we brought in stagers who made our home look wonderful. It looked so nice that we made a joke that we would like to move back in. Through every step of the way Tina was a consumate professional, but better than this I truly would always look forward to seeing her. She is so full of energy, and so knowledgeable about her business. Always looking beautiful, like a runway model, whenever she showed our home or held an open house, and she is great company. Tina is one of the hardest working young women that I have ever met. I have no idea how she balances such a demanding career, and yet has the time to do everything else, including raising her beautiful family. On July 2nd we closed the sale on our Blythefield home. Tina was behind us, all of the way and through every step, representing our best interests as buyers and sellers of these two homes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experienced, and true professional who works extremely hard for her clients.
