I recently purchased a nice little condo in Bradenton with the excellent, professional help of Susan Katanic from your office. I had tried two other realtors before finding Susan and could not be happier that I did. She was instrumental in finding and helping me finance this property that I now call home. All this with me never stepping foot into the property until the day of signing. No surprises and just what I wanted and was looking for, all within my budget. Susan Zivkovic Katanic was an extremely professional, helpful, and sweet person. My husband and I are talking about retiring in Sarasota and when we do we will definitely be calling Susan to help us find a new home. You will be hearing from us again in about a year.

Susan represented the seller as I was a buyer without a realtor. She was able to get the house sold to me at a fair price for both the buyer and seller. I found her to be responsive and tackled every issue that came up in a professional manor. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years and would recommend Susan top anyone.

Susan is tenacious when it comes to getting a property sold! She takes the time to locate buyers who match the listed property, and she obtains all of the information needed to weed out those who are not serious about making a purchase. I am very happy with the manner in which Susan handled the sale of my house and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell.

"I met Susan by accident because the realtor we had previously worked with didn't return our calls. She happened to be the listing agent for a home we were interested in...and I have to say, it was the happiest accident that has ever happened. I've never experienced the level of professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, or communication from any other realtor I've worked with to date. Several times in the last 10 years I've worked with realtors who made me feel like my deal wasn't a priority, didn't communicate clear dates or expectations (even when it came to sending escrow checks), and seemed to be more interested in their paycheck than anything else. Susan is the complete opposite. Regular, clear communication, great negotiating skills, put in incredible work and coordination to answer my questions (including facilitating getting estimates from pool companies, roofers, etc. for areas of repairs that were important to me). Susan prides herself in going above and beyond, and I am in full agreement. I could tell you story upon story of how Susan brought things together for the deal and made them happen. Every question I asked, every request...she addressed them all without reminders. Funny thing is, even after the deal was finished, Susan has been so helpful in recommending excellent contractors to use in the area, referred me to several companies for service agreements, and offered other several suggestions to assist in getting the house up and running. This really showed to me that it isn't about the money for her - she genuinely wants me as a buyer to be happy with the home, and is willing to do whatever it takes for me as her client.
