I was very impressed by Susan Katanic. She helped us find a home to rent with very short notice and limited time in FL to visit properties. The information and tour of Sarasota that she provided while getting us from property to property was extremely helpful and will make our transition to the area much easier. I highly recommend her and will turn to her in the future if we are looking for another residence.

I met Susan on a day that was full of doubt and uncertainty. Having a husband that travels for business and 2 very small children, I did not have an enormous amount of free time to find a new home. When Susan and I talked, she got right to business and asked exactly what I was looking for in a home. I discussed my difficult financial situation and she reassured me that there would be something to fit our needs in our price range. I gave her a detailed list and she quickly responded that evening with a list of homes matching my wants and needs. Those particular homes did not appeal because of various factors, however, Susan did not forget about me. Weeks later I received another email from her about a home that was just put on the market. The next morning I was shown the home and left with a signed contract in my hand that afternoon. I can't thank Susan enough for all of her hard work and efforts. She kept me on her radar and I trusted her. Can't think of a better person to have as a realtor.
