Sherri Mills recently represented me as a buyer for a home in Sarasota. She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire transaction. Any time I had a question Sherri was very responsive in getting back to me and during the negotiations she was on top of the sellers for a response back. I would definitely recommend Sherri to be your Realtor whether purchasing or selling a home! And, one more thing, Sherri is also a very nice and genuine person whom excels at the personal touch!

Sherri is very positive, knows all about the area, and is truly passionate about helping you find the best home for your family. She showed us a couple of neighborhoods we had never seen, gave us great advice during negotiations with the builder of our new house, and was always ready to answer all our questions -- about everything from taxes to utilities and landscaping to local MDs. On top of everything else, she just helped make the process fun. My husband and I recommend her without reservation.

Sherri did a terrific job in marketing and selling our condo on Longboat Key. Sherri took the time to understand our objectives and constraints and to personalize her approach to marketing our property. Sherri truly worked to earn our business. She understands the local market very well. Both Sherri and her assistant Janet expended time and effort to prepare the unit for listing which was absolutely critical for us given that we are out of country. I would highly recommend Sherri and we will use her again should we buy on Longboat Key in the future.

Sherri Mills is an outstanding agent. An absolute professional and the best we have ever worked with. Over the last 18 years we have bought and sold several homes. This was our first purchase in Florida and the experience was exceptional. Sherri helped us find a home in the Sarasota area under a compressed timeline.
