Sherri has everything we could ask for in a Realtor. Her knowledge of the area, coupled with her demeanor and positive attitude made our home search a lot more fun, and we feel we ended up with the perfect home. My husband and I met Sherri at an open house on Longboat Key approximately three years ago. We just "clicked". We were not in a position to be serious buyers at that time....we were simply seeing what was out there. Sherri was friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. We shared our ultimate dream with her of "someday living on LBK". She listened and provided very helpful information that eventually would assist us in getting on our path to purchasing a home on LBK. We stayed in touch, emailing, texting and occasional phone calls. She was wonderful with providing us with listings to look at....to even just start organizing our wish list for the time that we would become serious buyers. Lots of great communication and lots of information...but never any pressure. We finally found ourselves in position to become serious about our dream during the summer of 2015. After almost 3 years of waiting and wondering, we walked into our home and looked at one another and said "this is it"! Sherri was amazing...the knowledge and organization she demonstrated were beyond compare. She went right to work scheduling and orchestrating the entire transaction. We understood all the steps involved and had complete faith in her. She went to bat for us in all negotiations and was very persistent with our best interest always in mind. We feel so fortunate to have met Sherri on that rainy Sunday a few years back...obviously, we highly recommend Sherri and feel that Michael Saunders is also fortunate to have such an accomplished agent as part of their staff.
