You only know the true worth of a realtor when there is a complication with your sale, otherwise anyone can represent you. Unfortunately for us we had to go through the pain of using any realtor first (wasting six months) before we were directed to Sandi. Our property had an issue with the location of the patio cage which was encroaching into the utilities easement, no title company was prepared to provide a clean title, even though when we originally purchased our home, the builder through their own title company provided us with a title. The only way to fix this problem was to go back to the builder and get them to resolve the issue. Sandi was relentless, she reached out to the president of the building company and convinced him to raise and pay for the county documentation needed for a clean title. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. My wife and I would highly recommend using Sandi as your realtor.

My name is Tony Curtis. I live in England full time with my family. I also had a house in Bradenton, Florida as I am a native Floridian. I was faced with a myriad of challenges to sell my home. Sandi knows exactly what they were. In addition, economically speaking, interest rates were on the verge of increasing. My home was 10 year old as well. Sandi and I worked together hand in hand. I want to take the opportunity to comment on the recent sale of our home at 5547 Arnie Loop, Lakewood Ranch. Jack and I have moved our household in military and corporate life more times that we can accurately recount (do we count all the times we lived in temporary quarters or rentals for a few months while waiting to move in?) When we sell or buy a home, we generally interview two or three agents from different companies before selecting the one we want to work with. In this instance, after having a conversation with Sandi Dietrich, we made an immediate decision not to look any further. Sandi’s friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism are unsurpassed. Sandi always responded to any question, concern or need of ours, and she always responded immediately. That doesn’t happen very often in today’s busy market! It was amazing to us that she could balance our requests as the sellers to those of the buyers seamlessly and stress-free. The support staff at Micheal Saunders & Company also surpassed our expectations. Sandi provided outstanding service as it related to a virtual experience, from the initial walk through, knowledge and discussion of the market and which points of the contract were negotiable and how so. Provided constant communication via text, email and imaging and was so kind as to have the existing carpets cleaned so our walk through, upon arrival, was a pleasant one. Highly, highly recommend!
