When we decided to list our home this Spring, we immediately turned to Sandi Dietrich who has an extensive history of successful sales in our neighborhood. We knew this property could be a bit of a challenge to price and market because no direct open water resale had occurred in The Reserve at the Inlets and comps were limited to builder lots and newer construction. We aggressively pushed to list due to the market frenzy and she presented us with 3 cash offers within 5 days of list. She continued to support our efforts to meet the buyer’s goal of a relatively rapid close by helping us find qualified professionals to complete inspection list requests, get us moved, and oversee the closing. If you are looking for a fantastic real estate agent who will look out for your best interests than select Sandi Dietrich. We have lived in Florida since 1982 and in Michigan for many years before moving here. We had many properties sold by other agents. None of those agents could ever compare to the excellent and comprehensive attention to detail that Sandi provided. Not only did Sandi provide her expertise in our listing but she went far above our expectations with her attention to the details that helped to make our home stand out. Sandi’s pre-listing advice, extra effort at staging our home for the photo shoot and her negotiation skills provided us a better result than we would have expected. Back in mid-December, my wife and I flew down from the Cleveland Ohio area to meet with Sandi to look at multiple homes in LWR. We welcome the opportunity to provide our review of Sandi’s performance as our real estate agent. Being Canadian snowbirds, who were unable to travel to Florida , we were concerned with the logistics of selling our home: executing the paperwork; preparing our home and addressing any shortfalls uncovered during the inspection; what to do with our vehicle, furniture, personal effects; etc. We interviewed a number of real estate agents, explaining our circumstances and concerns to each of them. The decision to go with Sandi quickly became evident. She clearly communicated her understanding of our situation and fully embraced the opportunity to represent our interests including those tasks that are not normally expected as part of a real estate agent’s services. She really put us at ease. She staged our home beautifully and cost-effectively, and arranged for pre and post inspection repairs. She always made herself available and was present at every showing. She regularly communicated with us and provided knowledgeable, professional advice. Throughout the process Sandi performed well above expectations and was successful in getting our home under contract within 2 weeks at a price above asking from a qualified buyer, and with a very quick closing date. Upon closing she arranged movers to pack our belongings and bring them to a storage locker; she even accompanied them there. We have considerable experience in buying and selling properties and normally question the magnitude of real estate commissions. Not in this case: we were happy to pay the commission on this sale and feel that we received more than our money’s worth from Sandi. I have been in the building and real estate business for over 40 years. I would place Sandi in the top 2-3 agents I have worked with during that time. We purchased our last home through Sandi and we asked her to sell it for us a few years later. It was sold in 10 days and closed less than 30 days later. Sandi was very professional and took care of so many items for us as we were not in town during the summer. I would give Sandi my highest recommendation as a Realtor to use.

I contacted Sandi about a house I had seen on Zillow. She inform my wife and I that there was a sale pending. From there, Sandi said she would find us the perfect house. In a few days, she did. We live in Michigan, so an in home showing would be impossible. Sandi took the time to walk us through the house with face time. We purchase the house without seeing it until the day of the signing loan papers. My wife and I walk through house and it was perfect. Sandi made buying a Florida home a great experience. Not only did she find us a beautiful home, she gave us a list of top professionals to maintain our home while we are away.
