EXCELLENT......The buyer even stated that she was so impressed with Maurice, he was one of the factors that precipitated her purchase. She was sure that if he was representing the property, then the property was impressive! It should be noted that the buyer is a former real estate agent in Chicago and knew of what she spoke!
